Applying is simple! You can easily complete your application online at your convenience through our website. If you need any assistance, feel free to reach out!

Once we have all your information, we’ll process your application quickly. Approval typically takes between 5 minutes and 72 hours, and we’ll keep you updated throughout the process!

Yes, we offer lease terms from 3 to 15 months. Please note, leases shorter than 12 months may include a short-term premium.

You can pay rent online via e-check, credit, or debit card, and set up automatic payments for convenience. Rent can also be paid in person at participating locations through our walk-in payment system.

Yes, renter's insurance is required to protect your belongings. If you prefer not to cover them yourself, you can opt for our LLIP program for just $10.95/month.

Currently, all utilities are the resident's responsibility and are not included in your rent.

Setting up utilities is easy! To arrange electricity, contact MidAmerican Energy. Water, sewer, and trash are managed through Conservice and will be added to your ledger. Please note that Conservice bills 60 days behind, so charges may appear later. Final utility charges will be applied in your last month before move-out.

Our community offers a variety of amenities, including a Rooftop Terrace and Sundeck, iMac Cyber Cafe with printing, a 24-hour Fitness Studio with free weights, controlled access, and a Game Room with entertainment space—everything you need to live comfortably and stay connected!

Absolutely! We offer the convenience of free parking throughout our community.

All of our apartments feature in-unit washers and dryers, so you can enjoy the convenience of doing laundry right at home—no shared facilities required!

Pet Policy

Yes! We’re a pet-friendly community and welcome up to 2 pets per apartment. For your furry friends, we have an on-site Puppy Play Park where they can enjoy off-leash fun!

Our lofts seamlessly blend urban convenience with unique, historic charm, making them the perfect choice for modern city living.

We’re located within the Des Moines Public Schools district. Nearby schools include Walnut Street School (PK-5), Callanan Middle School (6-8), and Roosevelt High School (9-12).

The nearest grocery store to Rocket Transfer Lofts is the Fourth + Court Hy-Vee, located just 0.5 miles away at 420 Court Avenue.

Maintenance

Yes, we have an on-site maintenance team available during business hours to handle routine requests. For after-hours emergencies, our team is also available to address urgent issues that can’t wait until the next day. We're here to ensure your home is always well taken care of!

For maintenance issues, you can submit a service request through your resident portal or contact our office directly for assistance.

You’re not required to be home for routine service requests, but if you’d like to be present, simply select that option when submitting your request through the portal. If you have pets, we kindly ask that they be secured to allow our team easy access to your home. For after-hours emergency calls, we do ask that you be home to let our team in. We're here to help and make the process as smooth as possible!
